My CBT Experience - I Have a Proposition.

Hello everyone!

So i have some very big, important, half amazing half absolutely terrifying news. As some of you will know by my failed attempt at a log book for my CBT sessions, for the past 12ish weeks, i've...well...been having CBT sessions. No shit.

Yesterday, however, was a slightly different experience. I was discharged. Now, i'm sure it's not just me, but when someone says the word 'discharge', i immediately think of hospitals, which i hate. Now maybe that's one reason why i was dreading yesterday afternoon so much, because i, myself, was discharged from something. Maybe it was the idea of feeling like from now on i'll be completely on my own on this scary journey. Maybe it was a mixture of the two, i don't know!

I know i said i'd update every single week on how my sessions were going, and what i've learned so i could try and support you, so i'm sorry. I wish i actually kept it up more than one week, but i didn't. So, i have a proposition...or a question, i'm not sure what you'd call it, it's up to you!

I have a folder which is crammed with everything i've learned from my sessions, and i would just love to sort of keep my promise to you and share as much as i'm able with you.

I was wondering if you would like me to either :

1. Write a SERIES of posts talking about SEPARATE THINGS i have learned in the past three months. This would allow me to focus a ton on each thing and go into more detail, and you'd be able to focus on working on one thing at a time.

                                                                        or

2. Write ONE post talking about EVERYTHING i have learned in the past three months. This would mean you could work on as much as you'd like whenever!

It's totally up to you! If no-one gets back, then i'll pick one myself. Both of them have advantages for both of us, so i'm cool with either :)

I really want to do this! So please comment at the bottom whether you'd like 1 or 2, and i'll be sure to get started right away :)

Lots of Love,

Ciara xx

# The Hate Against Hate

Hi guys,

So now-a-days, you can't escape all the celebrity hate that swarming around social media, especially Twitter.

When I first joined social media, I was introduced to this idea of hate, and it didn't take  long until i was constantly surrounded by it. People going out of their way to turn on someone's instagram notifications so they can be the first to leave a pathetic comment, following someone you don't even know or like on Twitter just so you can leave them a disgusting message.

Youtubers are one group of people that get a ridiculous amount of hate daily. Whether  it is because wannabe zoellas are jealous of how successful they are, we will never  know. Alfie Deyes, a vlogger that was being  interviewed on ITVs 'This Morning' earlier on today, is one that's used to this thought. When asked how he dealt with it, he simply said he 'felt sorry for them'. As much as I'd like to have the strength and maturity to think only that about them, I can't.

At times, I do feel sorry for those people who go out of their way to attempt to make someone's life miserable. However I can't deny being furious with these people and replying to their messages totally owning them. Sometimes I hate the fact that I do that, the thought that I might fuel it, but I know I'm not the only one who feels this way.

The reason this came to mind is the situation that happened a couple of days ago with Zoella. It was all over  Twitter, but in case you missed  it I'll fill you in. Zoe Sugg posted a picture of herself in bed saying 'night' to all of us on snapchat. At the bottom corner of the photo, you could see a bit of her Calvin Klein pants. According to The Sun newspaper, who wrote a hate article entirely on this photo, the fact that they were  Calvin's was a HUGE deal and rather quite 'risqué'. They also comments  on the fact she wasn't wearing a bra to bed. Seems like somebody's trying to pick on tiny, unimportant things to me...

So this was the  photo that broke the internet. Millions of her followers stood with Zoe in this body positivity fight back by posting a photo of themselves  in their underwear with the hashtag #westandwithzoe . This also included some....shall we say comical photos?? This fight back resulted in the paper saying it was just a joke...yeah okay Sun, it totally looked like a joke...

What's your opinion on this situation and celebrity hate as a whole??

Keep it sweet, Ciara xxx
